WHAT IS GEORGIA FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE?

Georgia Flag Football League (GFFL) was an idea that started in a garage in 2020. What started out as an idea turned into a mission. GFFL is committed to the development of our community's student athletes both on and off the field of play by way of fundamental football principals. The goal is to promote physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship to maximize each athlete's potential. Through football principals we can teach and instill important values such as pride, accountability, commitment, discipline, leadership, sportsmanship, and determination.   

• GFFL seeks to create a fun and inspirational learning environment where kids are encouraged to discover a love for the game and are encouraged to step out of their comfort zone and try new things with the support and encouragement from their coach, teammates, and GFFL.

• GFFL's coaching approach emphasizes core values of effort, respect, and pride. These values serve as a guideline for teaching our young participants' how to develop a mindset that will serve them well both on and off the field of play.

• GFFL emphasizes the development of skills and creativity which serve as the building blocks of positive self-esteem and confidence resulting in each participant discovering their best self.
